Amour Rouge Martini
This cocktail is based on the Strawberry Martini, and is the perfect drink to make for your Valentine come 14 February.

60ml Edge London Dry Gin
5 small strawberries, hulled
15ml simple syrup
2 twists of black pepper
Muddle (crush) the strawberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add some ice and all the other ingredients. Shake and strain through a fine sieve into a Martini glass. Garnish with another strawberry.
Edge Martini
This is medium-dry, stirred Martini. Noilly Prat Vermouth is chosen because it has lovely citrus notes that pair well with the slightly sweet wolf berries in our London Dry Gin. Noilly Prat is available in most supermarkets and bottle shops. The secret to a good Martini is to take care in its preparation, so read the instructions over before you start making one.

75ml The Edge London Dry Gin
12ml Noilly Prat vermouth
Fill a Martini glass and a mixing glass with ice. Leave the glassware to chill for a moment. Tip the ice out of the mixing glass. Add the cocktail ingredients, and then refill the glass with fresh ice. Stir the cocktail in the ice as noiselessly as possible. Stir for just less than 10 seconds to chill the drink and control the dilution. Try not to introduce any air. Tip the ice out off the Martini glass, and strain the drink into it. Take a piece of lemon peel, and twist it over the glass. Wipe the rim with the skin side and drop into the glass.
Escalier (Merlin Griffiths)
This cocktail was featured on James Martin’s Saturday Morning on ITV on 8 November 2025. Mixologist Merlin Griffiths mixed it among a trio of cider cocktails.

50ml The Edge Pear Gin
25ml elderflower cordial
20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Top with good-quality Normandy or Breton cider
Fill a highball with ice. Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into the glass. Top wth the cider and garnish with apple and/or pear balls.
